Day 1
Arrive Delhi
Upon your arrival in the Indian capital city of New Delhi, you will be greeted by our representative at the International Airport. After a warm welcome, you will be escorted to your hotel.
Rest of the day free at leisure.Day 2
Delhi to Leh (Flight)
Early morning, transfer to airport to connect your flight to Leh. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Rest of the day free for rest to get acclimatize with the high altitude in Leh.

Leh
After breakfast, full day excursion to visit Shey Monastery: 15 Km south of Leh, an erstwhile Royal residence up to 16th century, located on the banks of Indus River and is managed by Buddhists Monks from Hemis Monastery. Visit the prime attraction of the monastery the beautifully decorated blue haired Maitreya Buddha of 17.5 m high, made up with copper and brass with studs of precious stones.
Afternoon, continue your drive towards south to visit Hemis: the largest monastery in Ladakh, built in 1630. It belongs to the red sect, Brokpa and lies at a distance of 45 km south of Leh. Impressive and intriguing, Hemis is different from the other important monasteries of Ladakh. The annual festival, commemorating the birth anniversary of Guru Padmasambhava, held for two days in June-July, enlivening the courtyard of the monastery.
On your way back to Leh visit Thiksey Monastery is located 20 km from Leh and is situated on a hillock overlooking the Indus Valley with full face view of the magnificent Stok range.
Day 4
Leh to Uleytokpo via Alchi ( 50 KMS / 1.30 HRS )
This morning, drive to Uleytokpo, en-route visit village of Nimo, photostop at River Zanskar and Basgo Fort. Visit Buddhist monastery Likir Monastery or Likir Gompa (Klud-kyil) located approx. 52 kms. west of Leh. It is picturesquely situated on a little hill in the valley near the Indus River. It belongs to the Gelugpa sect of Tibetan Buddhism and was established in 1065. Visit the oldest and most famous Buddhist monastery Alchi Monastery or Alchi Gompa, known more as a monastic complex (chos-'khor) of temples in Alchi village. It is administered by the Likir Monastery.
After visit, continue your drive to Uleytokpo. Upon arrival, check-in into your camp.

Day 5
Uleytokpo to Leh (70 Kms /4-5 hrs approx)
Early morning, embark on your drive to visit Lamayuru Monastery (127 kms from Leh) belongs to the Red-Hat sect of Buddhism and houses approx. 150 Buddhist monks. The monastery is made up of a number of shrines with rich collection of thankas and magnificent wall paintings. After visit, continue your drive to Leh enroute visit Rizong Gompa (approx 73 kms from Leh) belongs to the Gelukpa Order and serves as the residence of approx. 40 monks.
Upon arrival, check-in into your hotel.

Leh to Nubra (126 Kms/05 hrs approx)
After breakfast, embark on your drive to Nubra Valley (popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers), leads through Khardongla pass- the highest motorable pass in the world (5600 Mtrs).
Upon arrival, visit Diskit village sprawling over the floodplains on the south banks of the Shyok River and sand dunes of village Hunder. Enjoy the main attraction of the Nubra valley Bactarian Camels (double hump Camel).
Overnight stay at Camp.

Day 7
Nubra to Leh (126 Kms / 05 hrs approx)
After breakfast, embark on your drive to Leh via Khardongla Pass. Upon arrival, check-in into your hotel.
Rest of the day free at leisure and visit local market.
Day 8
Leh to Delhi (Flight)
This morning, transfer to Airport to connect your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred to International Airport to connect your flight for onward destination.
