During your journey, you will be accompanied by our Yoga & Meditation Expert, who is a teacher of Inner Silence Meditation. She also teaches Dhyan (Mindful Yoga) and Tai Chi which she learnt during her years in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Day 1
Arrive Delhi
Arrive New Delhi, the capital city of India, where you will be greeted by our representative at the airport, and escorted to your hotel for 2 nights stay.
Day 2
Day in Delhi
This morning, discover the history and heritage of Delhi, with a visit to Qutab Minar, a fine example of Indo-Islamic architecture. Then drive to the old part of the city, walking through the busy streets of Chandni Chowk, to Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. En route, drive past the splendid Red Fort, India Gate, President's House, Parliament House and other Government Secretariat Buildings of Lutyens Delhi.
This afternoon, meet your accompanying wellness expert, who will give you an introduction to the ancient traditions and wisdoms of India. You will be welcomed in the traditional Indian manner by an aarti ceremony and your wellness expert will give you a brief background to the ever popular spiritual traditions of India and how you will be exposed to them over the following few days. You will also come to understand and appreciate how these traditions have great benefits for your health and wellness.
The first session of Meditation Practice will be explained and guided to give the beginner an experience of this technique.
Day 3
Drive to Agra
After breakfast, drive to Agra, land of the Taj Mahal. Upon arrival in Agra, check in at your hotel and freshen up.
This afternoon we will have our first session of Mindful Yoga, suitable for beginners. Your accompanying wellness expert will hold an interactive session and explain about the four different Yoga forms followed by an experience of Yoga Nidra.
During the day, you will get ample opportunity to hold interactive discussions with your accompanying wellness expert on various topics ranging from ancient Indian spirituality, traditions, superstitions and wellness mantras.
Day 4
Day in Agra
This morning, witness the surreal views of the Taj Mahal, sparkling in the glittering rays of the Indian sun. Step inside this eternal symbol of love and appreciate the intricate designs and symmetries that rhyme as a poem written in marble. Taj Mahal is an extravagant display of love, built by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.
Also, visit the splendid Agra fort, built in red sandstone, encapsulating magnificent palaces, halls of public and private audience and beautiful gardens.
This afternoon the tradition of Rangoli will be explained and everyone will get an opportunity to make their own Rangoli. We will use flowers, seeds, cereals, rice and spices to make beautiful Rangoli designs.
Your accompanying wellness expert will explain the myths and beliefs behind traditional colourful Rangoli designs and engage you in intriguing discussions.
Day 5
Drive to Jaipur
After breakfast, drive to Jaipur – the pink hued capital city of Rajasthan. This city of erstwhile Rajput Maharajas, is built in 9 rectangular sectors symbolising 9 divisions of the universe, as per Indian cosmology. En route to Jaipur, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the capital city of the Mughal Empire in the 16th century. Upon arrival in Jaipur, check in at your hotel and freshen up.
This afternoon, enjoy an experience of Chanting, what it means and how it can affect your life positively. We will do repetition of either ‘peace mantras’ or ‘call for enlightenment’.
You get the opportunity to ask questions and understand how chanting of mantras can benefit your inner being and enlighten and uplift your inner self. Identify with the beliefs to comprehend how centuries old tradition of chanting led Indian sages to achieve their higher self.
Day 6
Day in Jaipur
Today, explore the princely city of Jaipur, starting with a morning excursion to Amber fort, which was built in the 16th century. An elephant ride (subject to availability) will help you ascend to this hilltop fort; alternatively, you may also choose to climb or drive up to the fort.
This afternoon, visit City Palace, the architectural masterpiece of Jaipur, and the ancient astronomical observatory, Jantar Mantar. Also take a photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), built in the 18th century.
During the day, you will get ample opportunity to engage in interesting discussions with your accompanying wellness expert on various topics ranging from ancient Indian spirituality, traditions, superstitions and wellness mantras.
Day 7
Drive back to Delhi
After breakfast, conclude with a session of sharing our thoughts and learnings of the week. Conclude your experiences of the outer world with the inner world.
Later, drive back to Delhi International Airport or to your Delhi hotel.
